🏆🚲FPP DECATHLON 2026 KM TEAM CYCLING CHALLENGE 🚲🏆

Duration : 15/12/2025 to 11/01/2026 - 28 days

Target: For Team - 2026 kms (individual target - 675 kms)

1.The event will commence on 15th December, 2025 and conclude on 11th January, 2026 (28 days).

2. Team Formation and Registration:

* Each team must consist of exactly THREE members.

* Teams can be formed by the participants themselves.

* Team members must be registered participants of the challenge.

3. Target Requirement:

* Each team must collectively achieve a total distance of 2026 kms during the 28days period to qualify for medals and certificates.

* Individual Target: Each team member must individually achieve a minimum distance of 675 kms.

* To qualify the challenge, the Team together has to both achieve the Team target of 2026 kms and all it's members achieve the individual target of 675 kms.

* No restriction on minimum number of days or minimum/maximum distance to ride. The rider/team may complete the task in as many days as you desire, and go for as many rides in a day.

4. Tracking and Verification:

* Participants must use STRAVA app to record their activities.

* Participants are responsible for ensuring that their tracking device is properly calibrated and functioning correctly.

* The Team Leader may keep track of the ride data of his team members, and the same shall be furnished incase of any dispute in the data published by us.

* All team members should invariably join the WhatsApp group (..... ) and Strava club ( https://strava.app.link/50TcJCzkjYb ) created exclusively for the challenge.

* The organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted data.

5. Eligibility:

* Participants must be above 18 years of age to participate in the event.

* Participants must agree to abide by all the above rules and regulations.

# Cash Vouchers (₹3000/-, ₹2000/- &₹1000/-)+Medal+Certificates for the Top 3 QualifierTeams and Medal+Certificate for all other Qualifiers.

# Registration Fee: ₹299/- (including courier charges for medals+certificates inside Kerala State.) To receive medals to any address outside Kerala, please add ₹50/-(ie.349/-)

# The Topper of the event will be decided by considering the total distance covered by the Team (provided all the three members of the team have crossed their individual target of 675 kms). In case of tie for the top position, elevation achieved by the Team will be the criteria to break the tie.

# Ride Across your local town or neighboring tourist destination, get ready to embark on an exhilarating journey from the comfort of your hometown as the event is virtual and you can record your cycling activity at any time and anywhere.

#Everyone should keep their Strava name unchanged until we close the event. Any changes, even small changes such as adding a flag or a smiley, will make compilation hard. They may lose rides if we can’t correctly compile their scores.

# If you make the changes on a later date, we can’t add rides retrospectively.

Terms and Conditions:

General

Each participant needs to fill out our registration form by providing details as required including Postal Address with Pin, Email ID, phone number etc.

This is a virtual challenge. Riders can participate anywhere in India.

Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. Fort Pedallers Palakkad as event organizers will not be responsible in any way for losses/injuries caused to the participants during the course of this event.

Only STRAVA will be allowed to record the rides. Participants will be disqualified in case any type of ride data manipulation is found.

Only Outdoor rides to be considered in the event.

No manual entries.

No restrictions on the number of rides — any number of rides in a day will be counted towards the challenge.

Rides must be public on Strava at all times.

Rides must be attempted solely on human-powered bicycles. Rides on motorized or battery-powered cycles will be flagged; second-time offenders will be barred from the challenge.

Tagged rides will not be counted towards the challenge.

Abnormal ride data will be analyzed by a panel of experts and will be removed accordingly.

Normally, rides for each day should be closed at the end of the day. (ie. by 11:59 midnight) Prior approval from Admins is required for activities that extend to another day (e.g., LRM, BRM, 100 miler etc.).

Qualification of Finisher Medal:

Complete the minimum required distance during the event and record it on STRAVA to be eligible for Medal. Medal will be dispatched to Indian addresses only.

After payment, take the screenshot. Then visit the link *www.fortpedallers.org* and fill out the Google Form to confirm your registration where the Team Leader has to furnish the team name, details of team members, attach the registration fee payment screenshot etc.
